ABOUT THE JOB
The Sales Representative is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with their assigned market. This position will be results oriented, focusing on sales goals and initiatives, profitability, marketing, and growing brand positions in the marketplace.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Sales Representatives are expected to promote brands and increase brand awareness by increasing brand visibility and conducting staff training/education programs within their accounts.
- Develop new business relationships with decision-makers while identifying potential customers and develop business plans catered to reach them.
- Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation by partnering with key retailers and establishments in the specified market.
- Have extensive knowledge of the company’s products, including an understanding of in-depth features and benefits of each compared to the competition.
- Prepare professional sales presentations for each account call tailored to current supplier programs and the needs of the customer.
- Gain knowledge of customer’s business operations and develop multiple, diverse options for selling the company’s products to each.
- Assist and participate in trade and consumer events.
- Meet annual shipment and performance goals.

**Compensation**

The Post-Acute Sales Specialist will be a responsible for Integra’s Advanced Wound Care Total Contact Cast Products; TCC-EZ and MedE -Kast Solutions. Primary responsibility will be prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building/support, and product in-servicing/education to develop account awareness and demand of TCC-EZ/ MedE -Kast Solutions .
The Sales Specialists will have assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas to achieve with defined growth targets. They will provide case coverage and develop accounts by building relationships, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales Specialist’s primary call points will be outpatient wound care centers including podiatric doctors, medical doctors, registered nurses, clinic managers, and materials management.

What will you be doing?
- Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting and growing existing business within territory.
- Provide in-service programs to targeted accounts, which will include case coverage in the wound care centers.
- Provide continued education to customer to continue to support and/or grow TCC-EZ/MedE -Kast usage.
- Establish relationships with Program Director, Medical Doctors and key clinical staff members at wound care centers.
- Provide a consultative role in accordance with specific product indications.
- Utilize Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities.
- Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at exceeding territory sales goals.
- Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Maintain high level of technical, Integra/competitive product, and disease state knowledge.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management.
- Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with policies and procedures
- Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures within the Advamed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
- Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA’s promotional regulations, and Client policy.
- Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly competitive with a strong track record of success.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferred healthcare experience.
- Large Territory Management experience with the ability to manage time on large value accounts and opportunities.
- Coachable, lifelong learner who is accepting of feedback and history of reflecting on performance that led to further improvement and success.
- Confidence to communicate with physicians and other clinical personnel.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Physically capable of standing for long hours during cases.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Overnight travel required , up to 50%.
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements to physically enter customer establishments.
