**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Support Measurement Solutions strategy development, growth and operational planning including reviews and events such as Growth Conferences and Profit Reviews.
+ Support and work with team members to identify and explore growth areas or opportunities

+ Work with partners to ensure consistency of messaging across the plans
+ Schedule dry runs in preparation for reviews and events, document key action and work with team members to progress actions as relevant
+ Assist product company, functional and world area leaders in preparation reviews and conferences as required
+ Provide strategy support to both the Measurement Solutions Leadership Team (MSLT) as well as the Group President.
+ Work with the MSLT to develop and maintain the Global Strategic Plan
+ Develop and maintain presentations/materials upon request for MSLT related strategy meetings
+ Solicit and assemble agenda and coordinate MSLT and other meetings, document actions items/minutes and distribute as relevant
+ Coordinate and support Board Meetings and business reviews.
+ Work with President and MSLT to develop agenda & coordinate presentations with presenters and review with owners as appropriate
+ Lead presentation consolidation and readiness for the meetings
+ Assist with market research and data requests for corporate events (Strategy Review, OCE exhibits etc.). Analyze the data and draw conclusions.
+ Support Measurement Solutions acquisition strategy and target funnel by participating in alignment planning and valuations.
+ Support product groups, functions and world area's with research and business plan development as requested.
+ Support the development of all employee communications, including messaging material and meetings.
+ Support Customer Research.
+ Find opportunities for research in coordination with product groups
+ Act as a business unit liaison with corporate marketing team
+ Maintain Customer Research library

With a population of more than 77,000, Baytown, Texas, is located in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, just east of Houston, the nation's fourth largest city. Our Utilities Strategic Planner supports the site's long term strategic planning. The role will lead technical development of strategic pooled utilities projects, support development of our Utilities Business Strategy and Vulnerability Review as well as own updates to site Utilities Reliability Principles. You will think strategically and collaborate across many teams, levels and situations to facilitate long term strategic plans.
**What you will do**
+ Leverage broad background skillset to drive organizational prioritization/find optimal solution of utilities projects
+ Understand and correctly apply long term project economics (potential impact of appropriate market and other material sensitivities on project viability)
+ Develop organizational knowledge to steer through barriers/priorities
+ Utilize key resources across the Baytown Area and above-site to lay out long term strategic plans
+ Own and develop long term utilities balances (steam, water, power, N2, natural gas, H2, fuel gas, spent/fresh caustic)
+ Properly apply system constraints to project planning to evaluate projects across the site
+ Bridge future business driven change with current optimized solutions
+ Lead/facilitate/support Project Gates and coordinate development and approval of any Gate Forms and/or Appropriation Requests
+ Coordinate development of scoping cost & schedule estimate, working with other organizations as appropriate
+ Lead and/or support process optimization studies to identify or evaluate capital or operational cost savings, process configuration alternatives, safety facilities requirements, etc.

Job Description

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Cyberspace Training Specialist II to support full-spectrum cyber operations at Fort Meade, MD.

As a Cyberspace Training Specialist II you will be responsible for educating and training organizational teammates about cyberspace. Your experience will be invaluable in assisting in planning, developing, and evaluating training programs. Utilizing your experience you will conduct needs based assessments and devise training programs to minimize any training deficiences. As a critical asset, you will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness of the organization.

An active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly is required for consideration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing training experience may be substituted for education requirement).

• Instructional Design Certification

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training development to include:

• Assessing, designing, and conceptualizing training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.

• Identifying the best approach for training requirements to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.

• Developing instructional curriculum and materials; gathers and assimilates information on subject matter, organizes and condenses material, and prepares course outline, handouts, and visual aid materials.

• Training personnel and evaluating organizational priorities/needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Developing individual performance evaluation concepts in order to determine the effectiveness of training, determining training evaluation criteria, development of evaluation procedures/materials, and revisions to existing evaluation materials and assess equivalent for relevancy to the overall inclusion of the training programs.

• Evaluating training and assess effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and standards.

• Developing requirements for individual and collective training and exercise events.

• Developing and revising training courses, as required.

• Preparing and update training manuals/handbooks and course materials.

• Conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.

• Must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly
