About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and contributing to the success of our IT operations. Responsibilities Include:
+ Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person support
+ Logging and tracking support tickets in Salesforce and escalating as needed

+ Assisting with product testing and documentation
+ Meeting performance goals across chat, phone, and email support channels

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
