For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $78,900 - $122,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. + Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
+ Create, update, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation to support both technical and business users.
+ Develop a wide range of deliverables including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, API documentation, developer guides, technical reports, procedural documents, training materials, and release notes.
+ Organize and structure complex technical content into logical, easy-to-understand formats tailored for the target audience.
+ Incorporate visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and videos to enhance clarity and engagement.
