Leveraging the Design Language System to ensure a consistent brand and approach. Can operate independently once briefed and provided with high-level guidance and necessary resources.
- User Research - Ensures the success of digital products, service, or channel enhancements by testing new designs prior to implementation. Writes and executes test briefs for design research. Uncovers critical information on user engagement and acceptance through testing activities.
- Collaboration - Works closely with design team, project teams and other stakeholders in the design and enhancement of interactive experiences throughout the Bank. Participates in practice of critiques and reviews; receiving and giving honest feedback that helps elevate the designed experiences.
Skills:
- Digital Design skills including web design, motion, graphic design, and experience with related tools (Adobe illustrator, photoshop, sketch, Figma)
