BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a diverse and complex Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule (EIMS) and program management functions. Interact directly with the customer and BAE Systems senior managers, support across the spectrum of program acquisition, sustainment, integration, scheduling baseline control, analysis, and reporting. Track and assess program status, technical performance, contract performance, schedule, and risk.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Establish and maintain multiple project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software
+ Obtain from participating groups monthly progress updates to schedule activities and consolidate into the project master schedule
+ Import contractor schedules into Primavera enterprise project structure and integrate into Sentinel IMS
+ Review and analyze government and contractor program schedules (duration, activity constraints, relationships, critical path) to highlight variances and potential schedule risks
+ Preparation of reports inclusive of impacts, logic changes, float and delays
+ Perform Schedule Risk Assessments and build collaborative internal relationships with program and project teams, as well as external relationships with customers, other agencies and business partners
+ Work with IMS stakeholders to ensure scheduling best practices are implemented across the ICBM System Directorate and interface regularly with the government counterpart to comply with evolving support requirements and mission objectives

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Minimum 10 years of experience (8 years with a Master's degree)
+ Subject Matter Expertise in planning, building, and maintaining multiple integrated project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (or a similar scheduling tool)
+ Subject Matter Expertise in assessing schedule quality (schedule risk analysis, DCMA 14-pt assessments) in Deltek Acumen Fuse (or a similar scheduling analysis tool)
+ Understanding of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $1333 - $226667

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

As a Software Engineer (SWE) you will be assigned to an Agile Scrum Team supporting the Command & Launch (C&L) segment of the Sentinel program, and the Command & Control Embedded Software Team (C2ES). You will be responsible for supporting the C2ES Team through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This will include significant focus on planning, requirements analysis, design, development (coding), and test. Sentinel is a development program, and in this position a SWE will be tasked to utilize the full SDLC. This is not a coding only position . Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer . This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program .

Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Complete tasking with minimum oversight

  • Understand and apply system requirements

  • Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for mechanical, electrical and integrated systems

  • Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements

  • Create technical reports and present technical information

  • Requirements coordination with systems engineers, specialty teams, and customer

  • Verify specifications and designs through modeling and simulation, test data processing, and performance analysis

  • Support all phases of the systems life cycle including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal

  • Review customer deliverables, testing, and requirements verification. Bring technical information to boards including PERB, AERB and TRB (as applicable) for all variances, technical direction to supplier, etc.

  • Support pre-ship reviews and coordination with ILS group

  • Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements

  • Mentor team members

  • Assistance in planning and scheduling activities

  • Interface with AF customer and Subcontractor

  • Review/ approve Test Plans, Reports and review test data for electrical and mechanical components

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with Master's degree

  • Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years

  • Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working/managing subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SME for Microsoft Sentinel: manage ingestion, playbooks, workbooks, and alerts

  • Monitor internal logs and external threat intelligence for actionable insights

  • Build and maintain KQL queries, dashboards, and incident response workflows

  • Work with SOC teams and third parties to investigate incidents and tune detections
