The Website Analytics Manager will own every aspect of data analytics for the Communications Team's main internal and external platforms including the intranet web site, external-facing corporate site, and video and email platforms. This position will provide high-level data analysis that translates raw data into editorial and/or design strategy. The scope of responsibilities will include working closely with leaders from the Communications team and throughout the company to present data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, determine strategy, optimize content, increase engagement and measure success.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead analytics and data collection efforts for Charter Communications' internal and external news websites and other communications platforms
- Present strategic, data-driven recommendations to clients and team leaders
- Advise stakeholders from multiple business units to set benchmarks, shape content strategy, and identify key metrics and performance indicators for various internal communications channels including intranet, email, video, and livestreams
- Take sole responsibility for periodic reporting to leadership, including compiling and analyzing data; generating data visualizations
- Design automated reports and/or dashboards that allow leaders to track data in real time or on a periodic basis to determine the effectiveness of our content, campaign and initiatives
- Work with Technology Team, IT partners to optimize our data-gathering software and integrate them with our various platforms
- Design and measure A/B testing on various platforms to optimize design and editorial decisions

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to be dedicated and multi-task effectively
- Strong quantitative analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills, with considerable experience providing insights and performing formal presentations to corporate leadership and other senior management
- Ability to identify shortfalls/excesses of communications plans, programs, initiatives and strategies
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (certifications preferred)
- Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, etc.

As SEO Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for increasing search visibility, traffic, and conversions across Meta's B2B and B2C web properties. You will lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, collaborating with various cross-functional teams and leaders to integrate SEO practices across all Meta products and apps.
**Required Skills:**
SEO Strategy Lead Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to boost search visibility and drive traffic
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, fostering a collaborative and open environment
3. Conduct keyword research and prioritize opportunities for growth
4. Manage domain migrations and cross sites interlinking strategies for Meta
5. Collaborate with product and web teams to apply SEO best practices
6. Partner with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to refine measurement frameworks
7. Stay informed on industry trends, search engine updates, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) impacts
8. Conduct competitors analyses and market research to identify trends
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. 10+ years of experience in SEO for high-traffic, competitive web properties
10. 3+ years of experience with team leadership and people management
11. Experience partnering with product management, product design, and other cross-functional teams (Analytics, Research, Creative, etc.) to drive business results
12. Experience using data to inform strategy and communication, and to develop meaningful go-to-market approaches that drive business outcomes
13. Expertise in on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO
14. Experience with website migration and multilingual sites
15. Proficiency in SEO tools and web analytics
16. Bachelor's Degree
