The Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and organic search performance of our apps and websites. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to lead a team that effectively crafts and implements digital marketing initiatives including search marketing, social media, email marketing and lead management for clients in a variety of industries. Responsibilities:

Requirements

Special Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing/social media preferred
  • Strong understanding and passion for the technical aspects of interactive marketing strategy and database management, including website design, production and usability, CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics, e-mail campaigns, lead generation and management, online advertising and emerging education technologies
  • Strong recent working knowledge and expertise in the digital space, including social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

What does a normal day look like?

Since we're a small business, the Digital Marketing Manager will wear many different hats and regularly exercise a wide range of skills. On any given day you'll handle a variety of marketing-related tasks-from project management to website administration, analyzing SEO trends, designing promotional materials, interacting with contractors, or moderating comments on social media.

+ SEO Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement SEO strategies. Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure content is optimized for search engines while maintaining quality and readability.
+ Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on Paid LinkedIn Ads, SEM and YouTube advertising.
+ Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve critical metrics.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
