This role will collaborate closely with the in-house SEO team to implement optimization best practices and innovative ideas. The SEO Analyst will monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results, analyze website metrics, and support the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies. These strategies will include data and technical analysis, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, internal linking, competitive research, and detailed reporting. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in Hospitality and F&B marketing. He/she needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with Project Managers tailored to the restaurant/hotel industry to drive online reservations, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute restaurant/hotel-specific digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, special events, and seasonal offers across various channels such as website, email, and PPC advertising.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote specials events, MM Members Club, RDG Newsletter, Programmed Nights, and programs to engage with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Optimize the restaurant/hotel websites and online listings for local search to improve visibility in local search results and attract nearby customers.
- Create website banners, landing pages, update images on website and third-party sites to ensure all content is up to date.
- Identify and partner with bloggers, or neighboring businesses for co-marketing opportunities to reach a wider audience.
- Promote menus, special dishes, and events through digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports and insights to measure ROI and optimize campaign strategies.
- Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy with an agency to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly. Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, XML sitemaps, and mobile friendliness. Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and meets user intent.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide detailed reports and insights on SEO KPIs, rankings, and traffic trends.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
