Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility for client websites.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to website crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta tag optimization, content enhancements, and internal linking.
  • Create and manage backlink acquisition strategies, focusing on building high-quality, relevant links.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Generate regular SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
  • Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of dedicated experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Proven track record of successfully improving organic search performance for websites.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
