The Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and organic search performance of our apps and websites. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.

- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and engineering teams.

Job Summary
The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing a localized SEO strategy and executing core SEO deliverables for their assigned automotive dealers on a monthly basis. The SEO Specialist must effectively communicate and collaborate across the rest of the SEO and Content team, as well as the Sales and Customer Success Team, to drive revenue, client retention, and exceptional performance as measured by L2T's SEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies such as keyword research, onsite optimizations, local citation management, and more.
- Execute all pre-defined SEO tactics for assigned book of business on a monthly basis.
- Provide audits, recommendations, and strategies for continued SEO campaign improvement for clients and prospective clients.
- Respond to SEO client requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and search algorithm updates.

Primary Purpose
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist responsible for planning, implementing, and managing overall strategy that delivers qualified traffic through organic search channels. Responsibilities include SEO optimization, conversion rate optimization for customer journey in organic search, including landing page strategy and A/B testing. The SEO Associate will work closely with content managers, other channel owners, product managers, web designers, digital merchandising, and web developers to ensure digital presence is fully optimized for organic. This Associate will also be responsible for ensuring that all SEO activity is aligned with and fully supports the seasonal retail calendar and commercial planning process as well as consistent with Brand eCommerce and Digital objectives.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully own organic search optimization and ROI maximization for all digital and eCommerce activity for Ahold Delhaize USA Brands
- Perform keyword research and mapping to support content and optimization strategies
- Optimize website content, metadata, and website structure for SEO best practices
- Conduct regular SEO audits and support implementation of on-page improvements
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Assist in the development of content briefs and support blog optimization efforts
- Research and implement recommendations for link-building strategies
- Stay current with evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI advancements
- Support cross-functional teams with SEO recommendations and reports
- Partner with content creators to ensure content is distributed effectively, generates leads, and improves SEO
- Proactively work with product team to identify Technical SEO opportunities and to optimize websites on a continuous basis and implement SEO best practices
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis; prepare and present reports regularly with clear recommendations
- Create an A/B testing roadmap, collaborate with product, marketing, and digital merchandising teams, and execute and report on tests
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Develop and implement backlink strategy
- Work with 3 rd party vendors for Local SEO and Schema
- 1-3 years of experience as Search Engine Optimazition Specialist or similar role
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
- Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and ability to lead/leverage
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Highly profficient Microsoft Office knowledge -strong Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with SEO ranking tactics and how to build content that enhances SEO results
- Experience in Organic strategy, tactics and execution
- Google Analytics Certification preferred
