Summary:
The Network Maintenance Technician should be comfortable working in a mission critical environment. This position is responsible for reliable operations on a Telcom network maintaining Service Level Agreements, customer service requests, and responding to abnormal conditions or equipment status alarms. Regular duties will include basic preventive maintenance tasks. The technician is required to execute MOPs and other duties as assigned. They must be a self-starter and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing as required for customer interactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Solving problems using analytical, technical, and organizational abilities
- Understanding and documenting network infrastructure

- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field

+ Dismantle, move, or remove aerial, underground, or building wire, cable equipment, poles, and hardware. Install and replace power supplies, converters, and terminal boxes. Operate heavy-duty power equipment and hand tools.
+ Support senior staff technicians and mentor junior technicians with install, test, and repair of custom service orders.
+ Install, service, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment including analog or digital systems for video, voice, and data services from the tap or demark location to the customer's home or office.

This is an entry level position within the telecommunications field outside network maintenance discipline attaining additional job knowledge and competency through the company's certifications, education, and training with higher-level technicians. Performs the most complex tasks with in-depth understanding of routine preventative and corrective network maintenance, repairs to field and network facilities, and plant providing video, voice, data, and wireless services. Demonstrates advanced proficiency and working knowledge of all areas of function and specialized knowledge in all telecommunications installation, modifications, and test procedures. Receives minimal instructions on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Work is minimally supervised with tasks completed accurately and on time with latitude of judgement.

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs across hotel facilities, including buildings, equipment, guest rooms, restrooms, kitchens, pools and common areas.
• Lead or assist with maintenance tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and HVAC.
• Perform pool and spa maintenance, including testing water chemistry.
• Maintain building exteriors (e.g., painting, power washing), and handle snow removal via shoveling, salting, plowing, and snow blowers.
• Safely operate various equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and vehicles both on and off property.
• Work independently to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other issues (e.g., TV system, phones, safes, guest room locks, etc.).
• Coordinate work with contractors and other maintenance team members when needed and communicate status updates to supervisors and hotel management.
• Document all maintenance activity in the computerized maintenance management system using a mobile tablet.

Skills & Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance desired but not required.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, safety, guest impact, and operational needs in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience with hospitality systems, such as key card access, hotel TV/phone systems, and commercial kitchen/laundry equipment, is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows PCs and iPads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Treat all guests as valued.
•Execute all directives from management throughout shift.
•Own the requirement of a clean and efficient dining area, including: bringing food to tables, cleaning tables, assisting servers with guest inquiries and taking/preparing drink orders.
•Create a warm and welcoming gathering environment that is clean and comfortable for our guests, including: clean waiting areas, clean restroom facilities, clean expo stations, clean and well-maintained floors, and clean exterior and patio areas.
•A cultural champion capable of building morale and teamwork, willing to do all tasks as designed by manager on duty.
•Drive standards and works to ensure each shift is efficient and focused on creating the ultimate guest experience.
•Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
•Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop. Communicate with other employees while resetting tables in order to keep seating new tables quickly and efficiently.
•Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
•Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
•Deliver food as needed throughout the shift.
•Keep beer, wine, liquor and beverages stocked during and after service.
•Thank guests as they are leaving.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
•Must be 16 years of age or older.
•Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
•Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver plates of food, glass racks and ice buckets frequently weighing up to 40 pounds.
•Be able to function at an exceptional standard in a high volume environment.
REQUIREMENTS
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
•Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
•Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
•Must have schedule flexibility to cover all meal periods as needed.

Job Description
Dynamic Server Support is a senior position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. Performs basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for designated equipment
- Answer client questions in a professional manner
- Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client
- Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines
- Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines
- Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client
- Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements
- Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner
- Understand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies daily
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
