This position will have the opportunity to help design and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms and digital workplace services. This position is located in Auburn, Alabama and working onsite is a requirement of the job. May work up to 2 days hybrid remote in local area with supervisor’s approval after completion of probationary period.

Essential Functions

• Assist in designing and implementing workplace solutions using platforms like Microsoft 365, Zoom, or Google Workspace.

• Learn to integrate AI-powered services to improve automation and productivity.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help develop technical solutions.

• Support governance and lifecycle strategies for workplace tools, with guidance from senior staff.

• Provide technical support and contribute to documentation and process improvement.
