What does a Great Client Service Advisor do?
As a Client Service Advisor you will work directly with our internal clients, external clients and support channels to partner and enable sales of our products and services to merchants and/or financial institutions. You will take ownership, over growing the revenue, taking a strategic approach to maintaining, growing and developing our partnerships while creating new relationships
What you will do:
+ Design and implement innovative and process improvements to resolve the root cause of recurring partner/client issues.
+ Lead constant improvement efforts for issue tracking and reporting.
+ Research and resolve client issues
+ Coordinate running new services, products, and challenges between the partner and production support.
+ Work with accounts with multi product platforms/environments.
+ Work on complex tasks, issues and environments.
What you will need to have:
+ 3- 4 years of experience as an Account/Client Executive or National Client Service Representative with large financial institutions, point of sale system integrators, value added resellers.
+ Ability to drive issues to resolution under moderate supervision
+ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
+ Excellent time and task management ability
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
What would be great to have:
+ 2-3 years of Fintech experience
+ Experience with Electronic payment systems, POS payment hardware, and IT systems
+ Technology savvy, Microsoft Word, Strong Excel/spreadsheet experience
+ Bachelors Degree

- Utilize Tamarac and Schwab software to manage client accounts and process transactions.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure that our practices are compliant and that we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Current Series 66, Series 65, Series 63, OR insurance licenses.
- Experience with Tamarac and Schwab software, preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients.

+ Connect to J-Pro and perform on the spot vehicle diagnostics. Print report. Refer to service history (IE:SIR), recommend additional needed service.
+ Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
+ Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on a service input card, verify customer information. Obtain customer's signature.
+ Establish "promised time" based on shop workflow, communicate with foreman.
+ Establish customer's method of payment. Obtain credit approval, if necessary.
+ Create repair order in the business system, create repair order file and secure service input card with customer signatures in standardized repair order jacket.
+ Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
