For one of our going on project we are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. The position is based out of NY.


The developer is responsible for developing high performing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet client requirements. He/she is expected to have strong experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce, Apex and Lightning.


Responsibilities:
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often using middleware tools) and complex data migrations.
• Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment.
• Assist in creation of technical design and functional specifications.
• With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in addressing the issues.
• Support application code deployment from Test to Production environment.
• Work in a team environment blended with onshore and offshore developers.
• Work closely with the client team for knowledge transfer and education.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred 4 years of direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management
• Preferred 2 years experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
• Direct implementation experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (including CTI integration, Service Cloud Console, Salesforce Knowledge, Case Management, etc.)
• Knowledge of broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript (including modern JavaScript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud Product Owner to lead the evolution of our customer support capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Get To Do:**
In this role, you will own the Service Cloud product roadmap and act as the voice of the business to ensure successful delivery of features and foundational elements that drive scalable, efficient, and high-impact service experiences. This individual will act as a bridge between business requirements, technical implementation and end-user needs within the Service Cloud ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with business stakeholders, customer support teams, and technical leads to gather and document business requirements and user stories.
+ **Translate business needs** into clear, concise, and actionable user stories with prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and platform health.
+ **Lead and facilitate** agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sessions to define acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
+ **Conduct user tests** and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve the product
+ Ensure documentation is up to date and provide input for end-user training materials
+ Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to company compliance and governance policies.
+ Must possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
**Qualifications**
**What You'll Bring:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud product ownership experience
+ Deep knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities and pitfalls - including omni-channel, service console, case lifecycle management, entitlements, knowledge, and automation.
+ In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
+ Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modes
+ Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web components
+ Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution, identifying high-impact foundational features that enable scalable business value.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant).
+ Involvement in Salesforce community
