What You Will Do:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the service industry.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the service industry, focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop industry-specific content, engagement programs, and events to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for industry marketing, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
  • Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.
What You Will Need To Have:
  • 9+ years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience in the service industry with
  • 9+ years of experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
  • 5+ years' experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
