The Strategic Planning Manager acts as an internal consultant and facilitator for overall Strategic Planning activities and processes relevant to the BayCare Health System. Responsibilities :

  • Leading senior management in the design and implementation of project plans to frame our health system strategic initiatives, and meet deliverables and target deadlines, managing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects ranging from single projects to complex engagements with multiple workstreams for the development of plans in support of service lines, hospitals, and other areas of the care continuum.
  • Analyzing current and future market and population data, synthesizing business intelligence, industry and market trends/data into information and knowledge to drive strategic decision making.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
This role is part of the Global Services- Strategy & Integration team and will be responsible defining the treatment strategies used to support US Credit Customers in resolving difficult financial situations.
The successful candidate will support development and realization of our next generation of Credit strategies. Optimally identifying and balancing multiple strategic and analytical projects from conceptualization through implementation. The role requires effective collaboration with Senior Leaders and Business Partners across American Express.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Provide Strategy support to POA next generation Credit capabilities
* Provide strategy support to seamlessly integrate new capabilities and tools into the operations environment
* Improve ability and execution to collect
* Provide analytical support for production management and lead treatment tool (e.g. FRP) strategy (partner with CFR)
* Provide strategy support to design/revise strategy in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide strategy support on any MAP/CAP/Risk event
* Work with collections organization, product business owners, CFR, and capabilities to ensure seamless implementation for new products and changes to existing products
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Strong quantitative analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills and experiences
* Strong ability to develop optimal strategy that is both effective and operationally feasible
* Strong credit and collection operations background and experience in placement, portfolio optimization and segmentation strategies
* Strong communication skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, and business partners
* Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
* 7 years of combined professional experience in strategy development, process engineering and/or transformation, project management
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required;
**Preferred Qualifications** :
* Master's degree preferred
* Strong working knowledge of Credit and Collections servicing preferred
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
