The ServiceNow Platform Owner is a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, governance, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. This individual will ensure the platform aligns with business goals, delivers measurable value, and provides a seamless user experience. The Platform Owner will also lead the core platform team, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement and innovation through the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What you'll do

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap
  • Shape and prioritize demand for the platform based on business needs, value potential, and strategic alignment

Governance & Alignment

Platform Ownership & Oversight

Design & User Experience

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. U.S. Base Salary Range:
$153,600.00 - $241,340.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. As a ServiceNow Certified Architect on our Governance Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules for the Telecom industry. Your expertise will drive best practices, governance, and data stewardship related to Product Catalog and Product Inventory. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Governance:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.

Establish and enforce governance policies related to the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB emphasizing data quality, security, and compliance.

Product Catalog and Inventory Management:

Collaboration and Communication:

Industry Experience:
