Essential Duties:
•Develop and implement overall organizational plan and procedures for patient registration, check in, appointment scheduling, medical records and laboratory operations.
•Provide administrative supervision to staff
•Maintains highest standards of customer service through team development and coaching.
•Responds appropriately to complaints and emergencies as needed.
•Performs regular in-person area visits to all Patient Services work areas.
•Manages all finance and cash reporting from the patient services team.
•Maintain communications with the Center management team through participation in regularly scheduled meetings.
•Serve on quality assurance committee and any other relevant committees as needed
•Serve on electronic patient management (EPM) and electronic health record (EHR) core teams.
•Direct, plan and implement orientation and education programs to promote staff training and development.
•Regularly provides feedback to employees and completes timely scheduled performance evaluations.
•Prepare reports as required with statistical and patient quality related data
•Resolves employee conflicts and works with Human Resources as necessary to maintain a positive and engaged work environment for all employees.
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm & 9:00am - 6:30pm on rotation with co-managers. Limited Saturdays on rotation 7:30am-1:00pm (w/ opportunity to take weekday off on your Saturday week)

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.
**Responsibilities**
+ Actively supports, represents, and extends the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
+ Provides in home supportive services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, community resource referral, advocacy, and other social service interventions to the youth and family, meeting or exceeding established outcomes thresholds on behalf of persons served.
+ Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
+ Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
+ Completes all required trainings in a timely manner.
+ Coordinates and monitors services for the youth and family in the community, including but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
+ Regularly reviews and modifies youth based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
+ Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
+ Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth's case plan.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
+ Mowing, trimming, and pruning to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine.
+ Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
+ Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols,
+ Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
+ 18 years of age or older.
+ Valid, state-issued driver's license.
