The SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) is a registered professional nurse who provides exemplary specialized, trauma-informed medical forensic services to all individuals who presents with a complaint or concern of sexual assault. - Current Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Certification.
- 2+ years' experience, 6 months' experience within the past year, experience abroad or in austere environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred.
Education Required:
- Associates, Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing. Candidates must be a graduate of a school of nursing that was approved and/or accredited by the appropriate State agency and accredited by either the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time the program was completed.
