**Summary**
This job is an experienced supervisor who is responsible for the entire operations, administrative, delivery, and warehouse functions of the Unit. Duties would include supervising all operational support services in the unit, including inventory management, budgeting, delivery, and records retention. Directly, or through subordinate supervisors, supervises and trains all delivery, operations, administrative, and application staff and may supervise other unit staff .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ In conjunction with Group and Simplot EHS&S function, ensures company safety programs (ex. CARE) are implemented, maintained, and regulatory requirements (i.e. DOT and environmental) are adhered to through weekly safety meetings, direct actions or management oversight. Ensures safety policies and procedures are communicated and followed along with maintaining and ensuring proper certifications.
+ Provides leadership to Location in coordination with the Market Manager and Crop Advisors to ensure efficient operations along with strong customer commitment (internal and external).
+ Organizes day-to-day operations resources, work practices and procedures to optimize utilization of resources and efficiency of the business. Manages operations, logistics, procurement, equipment, rollingstock, and facility improvements, which includes capital and project management accountability. Ensures effective workforce maintained by selecting, coaching, training, and managing performance of Location personnel.
+ Monitors operational budgets, forecasts, and spending such as SG&A and P&L and reviews operational expenses within the Location. Evaluates labor, equipment, and adequate inventory to meet sales and delivery needs of the Location. Ensures appropriate receipt and record keeping for monitoring Location inventory. Responsible for inventory being in place at the right time.
+ Manages all warehouse, delivery, and application related functions to ensure product availability, prompt delivery, and service. Inventory and product mix would be set and jointly shared with Purchasing, Sales and AreaInventory Analysts.
+ Manages all office related functions to ensure appropriate receipt and record keeping of inventory, invoicing to customers, receipt of payments, and bill processing related to product and operational purchases.
+ Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
**Typical Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or similar field (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role.
**Relevant Experience**
+ Minimum of 5 years of or supervisory and/or management experience preferably in the agriculture industry.
+ Experience and understanding of port protocols is highly desired.
+ Demonstrated focus on meeting customer expectations and working to deliver excellent customer service.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to lead, communicate and motivate teams.
+ Creative problem solver. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

+ Demonstrated supervisory, planning, organization, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

* Conducts quality audits and oversight, as assigned for non-clinical and/or clinical and/or manufacturing activities in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies.
* Lead the development and review of regulatory document for submission to FDA or other National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) and coordinates/prepares and maintains FDA filings (such as INDs, NDA, BLAs, PMA, 510(k), EUA, etc.) in accordance with US FDA or other National Regulatory Authority requirements and with the eCTD submission format, as applicable.
* Review, draft, manage, maintain and retain regulatory documentation (e.g. TPPs, regulatory strategies, regulatory assessments or whitepapers, study protocols/reports, correspondence with regulatory Agencies, official briefing packages, submissions, and other relevant regulatory documentation) in the in accordance with approved business rules in the assigned electronic document management system.
* Contribute to the modification, development and implementation of internal policies and procedures (such as SOPs)
* Develop and implement regulatory strategies for launching new products and maintaining existing products and provide review, comments and approval of all product claims for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Represent the regulatory team, provide regulatory guidance to assigned product teams, and facilitate cross-communication with the interdisciplinary team. * Plan, prepare and execute for meetings with regulatory agencies on complex and strategic programs; negotiate complex issues with regulatory bodies.
* Create and/or review acquisition and contract documents (e.g., Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Source Selection Evaluation Boards (SSEBs), etc.).) to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are appropriate and consistent with FDA regulations and assess the impact of these requirements to the product development timeline.
* Collaborate and network with internal/external regulatory professionals and clinicians, as well as investigators and researchers, and other scientific and technical disciplines to maintain current knowledge in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN), Emerging Infectious Disease (EID), and other relevant emerging and re-emerging threat spaces.
* Travel for presentations and seminars and conduct and provide oversight of supplier evaluation visits (e.g., due diligence, mock audits, vendor qualifications, etc.).
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
* Advanced knowledge and understanding of GxP regulatory requirements and implementation (FDA, ICH and other relevant guidance governing GxP activities)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor and/or Masters in a Science, Engineering or a related discipline is required, ideally in Quality or Pharmacy

A manufacturing facility is seeking mechanically inclined, detail-oriented Quality Control Technicians to join the quality assurance team. This role is ideal for both entry-level and experienced individuals and involves hands-on inspection using both manual and automated testing equipment to ensure products meet exact customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Use manual and programmable measurement tools to gather mechanical and dimensional data
- Read and interpret technical drawings to verify product compliance
- Operate and program automated testing systems
- Apply geometric principles to calculate inferred specifications
- Maintain high accuracy when using precision measuring tools
- Prepare documentation such as compliance reports, data sheets, and quality analysis
- Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and participate in internal audits
- Investigate defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience using precision dimensional measurement tools
- Willingness to learn and operate automated inspection equipment
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles
- Familiarity with quality standards in industries such as aerospace, defense, or medical preferred
- Ability to create accurate, well-organized documentation and reports

Quality Assurance Technician On Mid Shift (1pm - 9:30pm)

Job Description
The QA Technician ensures that the plant complies with food regulatory requirements and reports any deficiencies or practices that could compromise food safety, quality, and defense.
Responsibilities
-
Monitor production conditions, specifications, process controls, and tracking controls.

Maintain wash line concentrations.
-
Verify checks on existing production control forms and audit them to meet all program requirements.

Collect environmental swabs, air sampling dishes, and lab retain samples.
-
Monitor all CCPs on-line and take corrective actions to assist in determining root causes and developing preventative action plans.
-
Check pH levels, temperature, and brix of each batch of juice produced to ensure they are within product specifications.

Document Facility Operation Inspections & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
-
Perform Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures (SSOPs) verification and ATP swabs.
-
Track non-conforming products and their dispositions.
-
Conduct Pre-Operational inspection procedures of all production/bottling equipment and facility.
-
Perform equipment calibrations and necessary adjustments.

Assist with testing food products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Conduct inventory checks of ATP swabs, charts, forms, etc.
-
Ensure volumes, torques, and bottle weights are within product specifications.

Complete and enter all pallet tags and CCP forms for production and bottling into the database.

Record cycles and verify that all HPP settings and information are correct.

Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
