GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will manage and direct supervision of an assigned shift for the production operations. This position will ensure production meets objectives at a designed quality level consistent with the lowest cost while maintaining a safe work environment.

The Production Manager oversees the activities of production personnel involved in all aspects of the manufacturing function. • Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary

• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions

RESTAURANT MANAGER TRAINEE QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid state Driver’s License required

• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred

• Open availability required
