Essential Functions:
Business Unit reporting and corrective actions in database Registering cases in the system and supervision according to the KPI’s Master data management Handle non-automatic work orders Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK Stores Troubleshooting and advice to the reported technical/functional issues Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance managers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution Follow up on cost and invoices Follow up on damage claim cases Main contact for the vendors, technicians, Territory managers and vendors for any escalated issues
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured Experience in technical support as advantage Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems High service orientation and willing to help when needed at the ‘front line’ Good teamwork skills Familiarity with Call Center functions, processes and procedures, and quality of service measurement, including problem tracking Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills and customer focus. Convenience store experience a plus.
