Shipping Coordinator & Logistics Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 1 st shift, Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm - may need some flexibility)
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform duties related to the processing of hardware for client orders and inventory on hand. Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving incoming packages, verification and entry into inventory, stocking, kitting and shipping, final order review, and securing shipments prior to courier pick up. Duties also include tasks related directly to support of Recycling, Accessories, and Depot operations, as well as assisting the Shipping Lead(s) and Logistics Manager with assigned tasks.
What's a typical day as a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator? You'll be:
+ Assisting Shipping Lead and Logistics Supervisor with assigned tasks
+ Processing and tracking incoming shipments.
+ Receiving packages and documenting them thoroughly.
+ Matching incoming devices to open orders.
+ Equipping (kitting) and provisioning devices as required.
+ Performing the final order review of packages, securing until courier pick up
+ Recording all data for outbound shipments.
+ Processing shipments timely to achieve client service level agreements (SLA).
+ Managing the inventory of devices and accessories. To include regular physical inventories, proper stocking and removal of hardware and security of assets.
+ Processing return orders from clients.
+ Assisting with processing hardware for Recycling, Accessories, and Depot operations.
+ Providing support to cross-functionally to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
+ Specializing in receiving inbound (receiving and documenting) and exporting outbound shipments (final order review and documenting).
+ Operating with integrity and maintaining security of assets and information.
+ Performing other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate outbound shipments to both domestic and international locations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, robust communication skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for initiating the timely and cost-effective transportation of product, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with domestic and international shipping processes and be comfortable working with multiple departments and carriers.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and special instructions

Ship DHL, FedEx, UPS (domestic & international) packages as requested

Maintain logs for small parts, bills of lading, invoices, and quotes (WTD)

Complete intercompany transfer paperwork

Email departments with next-day shipment notifications (WTD, PSD, ASD, MHD)

Communicate with customers regarding customer-arranged or collect shipments

Fill in for the Traffic Coordinator as needed: coordinate dock appointments, log daily shipping details, and update PSD database

Answer phones, perform general office duties, and assist with additional assignments as directed by management
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with LTL shipments, international shipments, and trucking coordination

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read, write, and comprehend shipping documentation and correspondence

Proficient with established Excel templates (no advanced formulas required) and Microsoft 365
-
Experience with AX software (training provided)

Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Purpose of position:
Maintain boiler inventory and shipping processes. Provide assistance to parts distribution center when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check, label, and package boilers
- Check, label, and package all boiler accessories to meet standards
- Loading and unloading boilers and accessories pallets
- Verify, tag and package water softeners prior to shipping
- Follow shipping schedule for on time shipping
- Manage physical main unit inventory
- Perform shipping of parts and boilers through CRM
- Process orders of parts by picking, packing, and loading parts for FTL, LTL, UPS and FedEx shipments when needed
- Help perform monthly inventory
- Perform Daily 5S responsibilities of assigned work area(s)
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Follow all Safety requirements which includes Wearing PPE, following Safe Work Practices, adhere to Safety Policy and Rules.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Forklift experience required
- Crane experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with FTL, LTL, UPS and FedEx systems.
- Available to work some required overtime
