Lumens is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Analyst / Manager to lead our end-to-end transportation and reverse logistics functions while delivering critical insights that drive cost efficiencies, improve performance, and support rapid growth. This is a hybrid role-50% focused on data analysis and reporting, and 50% on operations leadership and team management. You'll be responsible for building the processes, systems, and reporting tools needed to optimize shipping cost, elevate customer satisfaction, and support our owned warehouse and 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities:
Transportation & Freight Analysis
- Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation performance reports.
- Analyze parcel, LTL, and white-glove freight invoices and accessorial charges; identify and execute cost recovery opportunities.
- Conduct post-shipment profitability analysis at the vendor and SKU level.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Finance teams to set and monitor shipping cost targets as a % of sales.
- Support carrier contract negotiations through benchmarking, scenario modeling, and historical rate analysis.
- Work with third-party audit partners to ensure accurate reimbursement and contract compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years in logistics, shipping, or transportation roles, including 2+ years in team leadership or management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from ERP and shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite, ShipStation).

A day in the life
As a Shipping/Logistics Lead Technician, you'll play a vital role in managing daily satellite shipping operations, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your day involves monitoring outbound processes, from coordinating outbound shipments to coordinating all logistics involved with domestic satellite movements, while maintaining service level agreements and quality standards. You'll act as a key problem-solver, and addressing urgent requests. The role requires constant communication with various stakeholders to track performance metrics, and implement adjustments to meet operational targets.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Experience working with SAP/ERP systems
- Experience communicating across cross-competent teams
- Experience with shipping dangerous goods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Standing up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to work flexible shift assignments, including overtime and weekends as required, in a 24/7 operation environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in outbound shipping of dangerous goods
- General understanding of lean manufacturing
- Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing fields
- Forklift certified and experience with handling equipment
- Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrates a high sense of urgency

Job Summary
Supports pre/post logistics functions for shipping; including but not limited to: Scheduling pickup of product, coordinating with customers, outbound dock scheduling, reporting of performance and metrics, and exception management.
Job Responsibilities
- Capable of managing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for a ship via within Shipping SAP in conjunction with other tools
- Manages paperwork development that serves a primary documentation for loading functions
- Can process orders for assigned Ship Via's for all domestic, international and special shipments
- Works with the Shipping Docks Manager and Team Leader to facilitate schedule and level load planning
- Works with the Team Leaders over the various shipping processes to facilitate schedule conflict resolution
- Works with corporate logistics team to facilitate proper shipping documentation
- Communicates directly with customers to confirm order shipments as required by the assigned Ship Via
- Reports daily to various departments.
- Works directly with customers, sales, and outside logistics groups to resolve shipping conflicts
- Follow required safety and work procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to 5S Standards.
- Implement all aspects of AGCO Lean and Quality Management systems.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works with and near large machinery and equipment daily. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including temperatures ranging from 40°F to 105°F. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
