Previous Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry that includes working in multiple business disciplines (finance, distribution, HR, IT, etc.)

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance/accounting, human resources/law, or other business-related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- Master’s Degree preferred
