**Job Summary**
Responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Responsible for receiving product from vendors for quality control, maintaining the daily schedule of audits, managing inventory reports, and ensuring the overall accuracy of the warehouse inventory.

+ Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.

**Nature and Scope**

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role requires flexibility as you may work in different buildings as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials and components within our facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
+ Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment, reporting any safety hazards or work-related injuries immediately.
+ Receive and verify raw components and materials into the SAP system, placing them in designated locations.
+ Use RF scanners and portable printers to pull production and RN orders, consolidating them into cart kits.
+ Transport pulled kits, tech support or facilities parts, production supplies, and other business unit mail/packages using company shuttle trucks.
+ Deliver kits to production areas, pick up and verify semi-finished goods, RTS, and 901s, and return empty kit carts.
+ Meet or exceed all productivity and accuracy standards.
+ Manage inventory, ensuring count accuracy, and report any discrepancies or anomalies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
+ Reliability and dependability.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Safety Boots required (Steel or Composite).

**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately managing the receipt and shipment of products, materials, and supplies in a warehouse environment. This role involves packaging items,printing labels, weighing shipments, determining appropriate postage, and maintaining accurate
inventory records. The clerk must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
+ Forklift certified (preferred) SITDOWN .
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
+ Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, shipping/receiving software, inventory systems).
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
+ Experience in inventory management and organization.
+ Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understand outbound orders and adapt to unexpected changes in schedules.
- Inspect quality of outbound merchandise and compare against purchase orders.
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
- Coordinate materials sampling and testing as required.
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort and stock materials.
- Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and meet DOT standards
- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of shipments, inventory counts, and warehouse movements.
- Prepare shipping labels, weigh packages, and determine appropriate shipping methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready warehouse area.
- Communicate unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, vendors, freight drivers, and internal teams.
