**Job Duties**
+ Load and/or unload lift trucks according to the bill of ladings.
+ Block the lift trucks in with pneumatic nail gun.
+ Use hand pallet trucks, walkie, sit-down or stand-up lift truck to load and/or unload service parts, rotators, crates, etc. according to bill of ladings.
+ Pack parts and skid lift trucks using hand saw and pneumatic nail guns. Skid van shipments.
+ Band the parts with either plastic or steel banding.
+ Stack and load broken or unsuitable skids.
+ Maintain shipping records.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Read and fill out bill of ladings, read and remember lift truck and part numbers, basic math, computer skills, reason and analyze.
+ Per 8-12 hr. shift (stand up to 5 hrs., walk up to 5 hrs., sit up to 2 hrs.) frequently (bend, squat), occasionally (climb, kneel and reach above shoulder level, push/pull). Occasional lifting and carrying (occasionally from 0 to 50 lbs.). Must be able to see, hear, talk, have good binocular vision, do simple and firm grasping with both hands, and use foot to operate foot pedals. Must be able to work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to vibration, outside temperatures, battery acid, dust, solvents, and oil. Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience operating a lift truck preferred.
Earn an additional $1.50/hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift (4/10 work schedule), or an additional $5.00/hour for working weekend shift (3/12 work schedule).

- Daily pickup and delivery to and from local warehouses and customers using our company pickup truck.
- Lifting and moving orders in and out of the truck for customers.
- Accurately selecting product according to the customer's batch/order specifications. Product is to be organized, minimizing damage to the item, keeping paperwork attached. Then packing order and preparing for shipping including all necessary paperwork to include labels and bill of ladings. Packing should be in correct box with necessary products to create a damage-free package.
- Ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Reporting quality variances to supervisor
- Pulling and preparing product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
- Moving and staging product and materials using a double pallet jack or other equipment. Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the double pallet jack or other equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities, procedures and duties of other areas of the warehouse. Act as back-up during times of absence and vacation
- Charging forklift battery as needed; participate in physical inventories; perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed; repair pallets when necessary
- Adhering to all double pallet jack operation procedures discussed at the double pallet jack/forklift operators qualification/certification and safety meetings. The teammate is responsible for operating warehouse and computer equipment in a safe, efficient manner according to all safety standards.
- Maintaining a safe working environment. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Recognize our customers and VARCO's commitment to pride and quality work. Assist in maintaining the security of the building and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
- Pulling & packing orders in a timed environment and meet assigned times.
- Apply Prop 65 warnings to all products.

Familiarity with RF scan gun and computer inquiries/and data entry

Able to read and count accurately and follow verbal and written directions

Able to perform repetitive motions and lift 50-70 lbs. continuously

Able to work overtime as needed with little or no advance notice
