USD 138,800.00 - 208,200.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $138,800.00 - $08,200.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of 62,000.00.

Field-based scientific leader who is accountable for oversight of all US medical affairs activity at Priority National Accounts. Aligns customer relationships and capabilities of individual Sr. MOSL's with the needs of Global Medical Affairs on an ongoing basis.

+ Ensures allocation and integration of MOSL resources in support of overarching strategy and MOSL Director direction. Oversees Performance Management process, Growth Plans and Professional Development as well as Succession Planning for designated Sr MOSL team. Accountable for budget related to their area and projects as defined.
+ Responsible for the clinical and business competency of field team in supported therapeutic areas including training and development. Ensures the competency of each Sr. MOSL as it relates to regulations, guidelines, and clinical/scientific information.
Qualifications
***Previous Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
+ Advanced degree required, preferably a M.D. D.O, Pharm.D. or Ph.D.
+ Greater than or equal to 5 years of direct people management required.
+ >=10 years industry, or equivalent, experience with demonstrated success in a managed care environment required. Preferably, would be an individual with multiple years of pharma mgmt and corp. experience. In addition to clinical and therapeutic expertise, a superior understanding of the business of healthcare policy and managed markets from the perspective of clinical, regulatory, commercial, and policy issues affecting the pharmaceutical and health insurance environments (preferred).
