As a Multi-vendor National Support Specialist (Siemens, RAD/RF) to provide on-site and phone support to the field service organization, as required, to resolve complex technical problems and product issues within the multi-vendor modality that are beyond the capabilities of the local Field Service Engineer (FSE) related to: new product introduction, transfer of knowledge, assigned service escalations, and remote support.
Your role:

Ensures Field Service Engineers (FSEs) use appropriate troubleshooting and repair methodology, coaching and mentoring FSEs to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the repair; has crucial conversations with FSEs and/or Regional Service Manager (RSM) when warranted.

Provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to the Field Organization as the modality expert; acts as a consultant over the phone to any field-based associates (i.e. sales and clinical teams) requiring assistance; available for onsite visits.

Manages and communicates all escalations within their region, taking a leadership role and instructing Customer Support Specialists (CSSs) and FSEs in action plans and repair solution strategies of technical and product issues. Proactively shares new information on processes and solutions to service programs.

Leads improvement strategies and initiatives for business results. Proactively manages, monitors, and reports on strategies for High Activity Sites (HAS), material usage reduction initiatives, technical part review (TPR), and parts usage.

- Minimum of 5 years experience working with electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, and programming PLCs is required.
- Experience in manufacturing (food plant or pharmaceutical industry) preferred.
- Previous experience and knowledge is desired in the following areas: machine elements, instrumentation, hydraulics/ pneumatics, shop safety, and work instruction comprehension.
- Must have expert PLC knowledge and experience with programming and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with:
- Performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Installing, verifying and validating all new equipment.
- Performing machine tear-down and rebuilds.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

BENEFITS & SALARY
The minimum compensation for the PLC Programming Technician is $31.01 per hour. - Climb Fork Lift: Step onto a 22 step using upper extremity support with the ability to repeat several times.
- Transfer Floor to Overhead Level: Squat to lift with 2 hands, a 20 pound object, standing and placing onto a 70 shelf with the ability to repeat for 2 minutes.

Your Impact As Divisional Quality Systems Manager, you'll maintain and implement quality management systems across multiple divisions while supporting recent acquisitions integration. Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated Business Management System (BMS) implementation combining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
- Conduct quality audits across manufacturing facilities and troubleshoot quality issues using data-driven root cause analysis
- Develop and standardize procedures while training quality coordinators and cross-functional teams on quality tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with international teams in Brazil and Czech Republic to establish quality certifications and maintain global standards

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards with practical implementation experience
- Experience with audit processes, corrective actions, and root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa diagrams, 5-Why analysis)
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and quality management software
- Manufacturing environment experience with understanding of production processes and quality control methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to train and develop others
Preferred Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (CQIA, CQM, or CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for international collaboration
- Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs and continuous improvement methodologies
