**Responsibilities**
+ Review all ground leases and other lease related documentation and capture language related subleasing rights and revenue share provisions.
+ Partner with legal as needed to interpret lease language.
+ Draft subleasing consent agreements.
+ Manage consent agreement negotiations with individual landlords as needed.
+ Review site related documents such as construction drawing, tower mappings, and structural to complete inventory of equipment installed on towers.
+ Draft SLAs for new inbound colocation tenants.
+ Update all required trackers timely and accurately (excel and other systems as needed).
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum three (3) years' experience in a comparable position at a telecom wireless carrier, tower company, or real estate site acquisition/broker/leasing company
+ Looking for someone who can review incoming colocation applications, validate against construction drawings, review structural and ensure information is complete and accurate. They will be working with lease documents, outside vendors and internal teams. Need strong computer skills, will be working heavily in Sitevision and very detail oriented.

**What you will do**
Reporting to the General Manager of Quadient Lockers, Italy, the Head of Site Acquisition will:
+ Recruit, lead and develop a growing team of high performing, field based Location Specialists who will search out and secure potential parcel locker installation locations and building strategic relationships with the organisations that are responsible for those spaces - the 'Hosts'.
+ Drive the delivery of profitable growth, exceeding site acquisition targets, whilst providing regular reporting on progress and ensuring the team are operating within business standards and policies.
+ Take ownership of KPI's, career development initiatives, performance plans, reward & recognition and annual appraisal process for each member of the Site Acquisition Team, promoting a culture that reflects Quadient values and encourages high reward and recognition of high performance.
+ - Oversee the relationship with mail carriers and other partners, in conjunction with the business development team and own the annual account development plan for each carrier.
+ Drive lead generation amongst local, regional and national retail businesses ensuring that contracts are within agreed negotiating parameters and all fees and preparatory works costs remain within authorised and budgeted amounts.
+ Ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are always maintained in line with customer satisfaction targets and net promoter targets
+ Provide strong sales management/leadership with regular face to face contact with prospects, customers, partners and sales teams
+ Set targets for each site acquisition manager, hold accountability for their performance, and establish and administer the reward system on successful acquisitions and go-live.
+ Ensure site acquisition managers expedite host, site, and relationship management handovers, ensuring surveys and installations are conducted without delay, and work with group hosts to resolve any identified issues in conjunction with the deployment team and Senior Partnership Manager.
+ Manage resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
+ Create a great Customer Satisfaction that promotes new leads and work with the Business Development Manager to deliver new opportunities.

+ Fluent in Italian and English, with other European languages as an advantage

A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:
- Support project team in development of design documentation, plans, and reports for relevant project design elements.
- Prepare and revising documentation in various project phases.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
- Assist in the review of shop drawings, submittals, and response to project requests for information.
- Attend project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants.
- Participate in value engineering and basic cost estimating.
- Perform calculations to analyze and design civil system components using company standard software.
- Working knowledge and application of the local codes relative to jurisdictions and developing jurisdictional experience and contacts.
- Basic knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Basic understanding of all phases of engineering document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
- Recognizes when technical problems are developing and initiates appropriate corrective actions using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
- Ability to check own work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and other similar material.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
