Responsibilities:

• Assist in setup and maintenance of a clean and orderly jobsite office
  

• Install and maintain proper site signage and postings as directed
  

• Carry out tasks assigned by project Superintendents as directed
  

• Gain basic understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and set up

We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

• Maintain accountability for overall project success, including financials, contractual obligations, quality control, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

• Manage all construction processes, including RFIs, Submittals, C.O.s, and invoicing, and provide support and direction to project team members for career advancement while maintaining a healthy work environment.

• Create and maintain project schedules, cost control statements, subcontractor coordination, pay applications, change orders, and monthly status reports.

• Maintain a positive relationship with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

• Prepare comprehensive project proposals. Negotiate, qualify, and execute subcontract and prime contract agreements.

• Perform construction services, including quantity take-offs, estimating, and constructability review; prepare monthly project financial forecasts for the management team.

• Host construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, and third parties.

• Manage project closeout, including jurisdictional requirements, systems training, client deliverables, and warranty walks.

• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

• Offers experienced based troubleshooting on construction work sites.

• Related Experience Previous experience with All Hands and Hearts ; experience working in a post-disaster environment . 2+ years experience remodeling and rebuilding homes in the U.S.
• Special Competencies/Certifications Valid driver's license required. Good written and oral communication skills, confident in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office. Applicant must be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.
