Key Responsibilities
+ Visit customer homes to collect detailed measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data required for solar design.
+ Accurately assess roof conditions, electrical service panels, and property features using standardized tools and protocols.
+ Climb ladders, walk rooftops, and conduct attic inspections as required.
+ Submit all survey data in a timely, complete, and accurate manner using mobile field tools.
+ Perform post-installation inspection visits to ensure project readiness for final AHJ inspection or utility approval.
+ Confirm installed systems match approved plans and meet workmanship, code, and safety standards.
+ Collaborate with install teams and project managers to resolve inspection-related issues as needed.
+ Provide documentation (photos, checklist, notes) verifying inspection readiness.
+ Discuss system installations with the AHJ and customers.
+ Review completed installations for determination of readiness for inspection
+ Work with the AHJ and Customer to schedule inspections
3. Schedule Execution & Field Readiness
+ Follow daily, intraday schedules that may include both survey and inspection jobs across different locations, while also proactively scheduling work for yourself.
+ Communicate clearly with internal teams when facing access issues, delays, or discrepancies.
+ Maintain assigned tools and safety equipment in proper working condition.
+ Represent the company professionally during all customer-facing interactions.
Additional Expectations
+ Flexibility in working occasional weekends, extended shifts or holidays may be required based on market demand or customer scheduling needs.
+ Participation in safety briefings, training, or field team huddles.
+ Drive company-provided or approved vehicles between job sites throughout the workday.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Previous PV design, PV installation or PV electrical experience (such as reading blueprints or plans, using tools and equipment, testing wiring or circuitry, National Electric Code knowledge, basic electrical theory knowledge, etc.) is helpful with a minimum of one year of field construction experience preferred
+ Comfortable working on roofs, using ladders, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
+ Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and mobile technology.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
+ Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to climb and work from 30-foot ladders.
+ Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and variable weather.
+ Capable of working in attics and other confined spaces when necessary.
Must be able to walk rooftops of varying slopes and materials.

Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., a Davey company, is seeking a full-time entry to junior-level Environmental Technician to join our team in the Southwest Virginia Office. We are looking for a motivated team player that will provide field and task support to the Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation Team.
**Job Duties**
Responsibilities will include performing field activities (e.g., site visits, sampling, inspections), task management, analysis and interpretation of analytical results and field-collected data, working on assignments with project managers and fellow team members, and coordinating with various subject matter experts. The ability to handle multiple project assignments with deadlines utilizing oral and written communications skills are a must.

Job Description:
As the continuous improvement technician (hourly), you will rely on your previous manufacturing
experience to drive continuous improvement around the facility, reduce waste in the process,
create and design robust processes, and improve efficiency in the value stream. You will show
improvement through process measurements and documentation, tangible and factual
measurements (time reduction, dollar reduction, downtime reduction, reduction in errors,
reduction in defects, etc). Upon creating a new process, standardized work instructions will be
developed and trained, in order to maintain a sustainable process, all through a focus on the 5S
methodology.
Functional Overview:
You will join the Fall River Commercial Laundry manufacturing engineering team. In each
area, we produce large commercial laundry dryers or washers. You will lead continuous
improvement projects, work in cross-functional teams with materials, engineers, suppliers,
quality, fabrication, programmers, supervisors, and leadership. You will be expected to self
lead your projects, use the Whirlpool tools, document data, and show clear improvements.
You will be required to support production to meet production demands as needed. You will
be required to support lean shop to execute projects as needed.
Additionally,
Responsible for delivering safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics for the assigned area.
Perform safety/CAL investigations and report on findings and countermeasures.
Execute standard work development and audits.
Communicate key issues and provide day-to-day coaching of operators.
Act as the first step in the help chain.
Focus on developing line operators.
Provide daily documentation of key metrics and information.
Minimum Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory codes.
+ Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for quality and completeness.
+ Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
+ Collaborate with maintenance staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
+ Develop and maintain quality control checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Ensure proper calibration and use of tools and equipment during maintenance tasks.
+ Participate in audits and assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Train maintenance personnel on quality standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
