**Your Skills and Expertise**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
+ Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military environment
+ Five (5) years of direct supervisory experience.

8. Assists management in preparing and coordinating staffing schedules for account or site(s); acts to ensure that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews Security Officer site reports to verify that post orders and client directions have been satisfactorily followed; personally inspects posts as part the evaluation of the security staff.
9. Provides input to company initiatives; promptly assists in the resolution of legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY**

**MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
The Technical Services Site Manageris responsible foroverseeing the performance and daily operations of all IT and Cybersecurity support services provided under the Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC) contract. As a Site Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operations of a Siemens Gamesa wind farm site. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery by managing a skilled team of technicians, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role combines hands on site leadership with responsibility for planning, reporting, and commercial performance Much of the day is spent coordinating with the service and troubleshooting team on progress, addressing any safety or technical issues that arise, and monitoring subcontractor performance. There is regular interaction with the client, which may include sharing updates, contract management, reviewing reports, or clarifying operational requirements. Time is also dedicated to planning upcoming activities, managing budgets, and updating risk assessments to keep the project on track. **What You Bring**
