Responsibilities

• We're looking for someone who's got the front-end chops to not only build beautiful, responsive websites but also to integrate dynamic content and animations in a seamless, efficient way.
• Experienced with Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms. Must be comfortable managing dynamic and flexible content, especially when collaborating with marketing or product teams.
• Strong skills with SVG animations-specifically using tools like Lottie to create lightweight, scalable animations that don't bog down the site. This is going to be important for making our web pages more interactive and visually engaging.

Description

The Senior Developer, IT will be responsible for the development of our critical applications within the Digital Experience Platforms. This role will need to have the expertise on technical development in Content Management Systems, personalization rules engine, A/B Testing, Customer 360 Profile Integrations, Web Applications & Cloud platforms.

• Lead technical design, development, execution, and delivery of artifacts/code involving Content Model, Taxonomies, Content Preview, Content Delivery, Event driven cloud functions, Personalization rule development, and cloud-native web applications

• Collaborate with technology leads/developers, business SMEs, UX designers, and technology stakeholders to define technical deliveries

• Drive integration of content delivery with web-based channels, back-end systems, APIs and analytics platforms

• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Lead API integrations between internal platforms, external systems, and cloud services

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Lead unit and integration testing and assist QA teams with end-to-end testing

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in API development and integration

• Highlight and document risks, issues, blockers and dependencies; discuss with team project manager on regular basis

The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $142,936.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
