Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process and Program Designer to join our team and contribute to designing and optimizing business processes for our US based retail energy client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, program management, and business process management tools. This role requires a deep understanding of process mapping, program delivery, and a keen ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design and optimization of business processes and workflows across various operational areas, including energy retail, renewable energy, and utilities.
- Utilize business process management tools such as Lucid Chart and MS Visio to design, map, document, and communicate process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with process design and program objectives.
- Work with data analysis tools like Excel to gather and interpret relevant data to inform decisions and improvements.
- Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint , clearly communicating process designs, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage and support the end-to-end lifecycle of process improvement initiatives, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Leverage SQL for database queries and analysis to support process design and decision-making.
- Support the adoption and implementation of Power Platform tools to automate and improve processes within the organization.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
- Create detailed reports and documentation for process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, driving innovation and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in business process design , consulting, and program management within a complex environment.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Chart and MS Visio .
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and process modeling.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with expertise in PowerPoint to deliver clear and engaging presentations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable process designs and deliverables.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with process automation and improvement tools, particularly Power Platform .
- Experience in the utility or renewable energy sector, with knowledge of Carbon Offsets , RECs , and related renewable energy certifications is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean , Six Sigma , or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or similar credentials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of experience in process engineering and 2 years experience in project management.

In this role you will be the Senior, AI Business Process Specialist for your assigned workload and a member of the sales team that consists of Solution Specialist, Customer Success Unit, partners and engineering. In this role you will be the **Senior,** **AI Business Process Specialist** for your assigned workload and a member of the sales team that consists of Solution Specialist, Customer Success Unit, partners and engineering. In this role you will advance pipeline by assisting the Solution Specialist in qualifying the deal, developing the strategy and inspiring the Business Decision. You are responsible for designing the solution and delivering an industry-aligned demonstration to the customer. You will engage partners for co-sell and implementation considerations, engineering to assist with emerging technologies and Customer Success Unit for deal support. The demo will focus on solving the technical proof requirements while highlighting our business value and differentiators and should result in securing the customer's solution design endorsement. Your Responsibilties
- You lead the creation and continuous improvement of key processes across the business value chain (sales, proposals, project management, engineering, supply chain, support functions) to drive operational excellence and business growth.
- You establish and promote project management standards, processes, and best practices across all functional areas as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure customer and project centricity.
