Requirements:
- MUST live "within" 10 miles of Zip Code 75075
- MUST be punctual and reliable - we operate out of Central Plano and punctuality is critical
- MUST be eligible to work in the United States
- MUST have reliable transportation to work
- MUST possess a valid driver's license and have a "clean" driving record
- MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time
- MUST be able to pass a thorough criminal background check
- MUST be drug and alcohol free and be able to pass a drug and alcohol check
- MUST enjoy flexible and sometimes long hours
- MUST perform all duties with the highest levels of safety in mind to avoid injury and property damage
- MUST have strong listening and critical thinking skills , and exercise good judgement
- MUST be committed to the highest level of customer service and helping others
- MUST want to be a part of a growing organization, be excited about the opportunity and be a leader than can help drive the change and growth

Key Responsibilities-
Place, level, and finish concrete for sidewalks, floors, roads and curbs

Mix concrete to proper ratios; install rebar, wire mesh and anchor bolts

Apply curing and sealing compounds; monitor weather effects on concrete

Repair spalled or cracked concrete using industry-approved methods

Read blueprints and specs to determine materials, dimensions and layout

Safely operate mixers, power trowels, screeds and related equipment

Follow all city, state and federal building codes and safety regulations

Keep work areas clean; maintain tools and report any safety concerns
Prep job sites by grading and smoothing surfaces with hand and power tools

Five years full-time, satisfactory cement-mason experience or

Three years cement-mason experience plus enough mason-helper work or approved trade-school training to total five years (one year of helper/training = six months of mason credit).
