YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM , with on-call responsibilities and overtime available.
In this facility maintenance role, you'll begin your day receiving clear directives from our Maintenance Manager, setting the stage for a variety of responsibilities. You'll prepare units, maintain our landscaped grounds, and execute a range of repairs, including drywall installation, carpentry, plumbing on water and sewer systems, and electrical service. Your tasks will also include interior and exterior painting, meticulous documentation of work orders, and operating snow removal equipment when necessary. Each assignment is integral to upholding our high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal across our properties.
