your typical day includes
You’ll spend your day connecting with exciting companies to understand their hiring needs and using your listening and influencing skills to secure great job openings for our talented candidates. You'll also be matching those skilled professionals with the perfect opportunities and guiding them through the interview process to land their dream jobs!
your responsibilities include
- Driving Sales and Achieving Placement Targets: You'll be directly responsible for hitting your sales goals by successfully placing skilled trades professionals with our client companies.
- Owning the Full Placement Cycle: From identifying candidates to finalizing offers, you'll manage the entire process with a focus on efficient and successful placements.
- Building Client Trust and Delivering Results: You'll be accountable for understanding client needs and consistently delivering high-quality talent that meets their specific requirements.
- Proactively Developing a Strong Talent Pipeline: You'll take ownership of building and maintaining a network of skilled candidates to readily fill current and future client openings.
- Monitoring and Improving Performance: You'll track key metrics like time-to-fill and client satisfaction, taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and maximize your placement success.
your background
- At least 3 years of success in direct hire.
- You have had success in meeting personal gp targets through new client acquisition & repeat placements while negotiating placement fees.
- Your previous experience includes using activity targets to deliver & also steer results.
- You are a proven performer with a history of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database of clients & candidates.

Prospect Hill Properties is seeking experienced, reliableCommercial Construction Workersin various trades in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Were building a strong, skilled crew to complete retail buildouts, renovations, and light industrial finish-outs across Pennsylvania and nearby regions. This is an excellent opportunity for tradespeople looking for consistent work, great team culture, and competitive pay. This is a temporary job, unless you'd like to join the crew and travel to other project locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trade-specific tasks (e.g., framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, etc.)
- Travel to job sites for multi-week assignments
- Follow plans, blueprints, and direction from site leads or foremen
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site
- Represent the company with professionalism when traveling and working on-site
- Support project deadlines through teamwork and craftsmanship
Trades Were Hiring For:
- Framing (wood/metal stud)
- Drywall (hang, tape, float, texture)
- Commercial painting
- Flooring installation (VCT, LVP, epoxy, tile)
- Electrical (lighting, conduit, basic trim)
- Demo and general labor
- Fixture, millwork, and commercial door/hardware install
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a commercial trade
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods (14 weeks at a time)
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Must provide your own basic tools (power tools a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand for long periods
- Familiarity with safety standards and basic PPE use
- OSHA 10 or 30 (or willingness to complete)
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Rate: 20 30/hour (based on trade and experience)
- Per Diem: 50 per day for meals and incidentals (Only while traveling)
- Lodging:Paid by company (hotel or short-term housing) (Only while traveling)
- Weekly pay (W-2)
