Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Apprenticeship Coordinator to manage and develop their skilled trades apprenticeship programs. This role is fully remote, focusing on connecting aspiring tradespeople with valuable training opportunities and employers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of apprenticeship programs, including curriculum development, recruitment of apprentices, employer outreach, and ongoing program support. This involves designing and refining training modules that meet industry standards and the needs of both apprentices and employers. You will actively recruit potential apprentices through various channels, screening applicants to ensure they meet eligibility criteria and possess the aptitude for skilled trades. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner companies and trade organizations is crucial for placing apprentices in suitable work environments and ensuring program success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout their training journey. This includes monitoring their progress, addressing challenges, and facilitating communication between apprentices and their employers.
