Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, recruitment, or vocational training, preferably within skilled trades.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship models and skilled trades industries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in curriculum development or training coordination is a plus.
