Our client, a leader in workforce development, is seeking a dedicated and organized Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to manage their renowned skilled trades apprenticeship programs entirely remotely. This crucial role involves coordinating all aspects of the apprenticeship lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and graduation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, administrative, and logistical skills, with a passion for fostering talent development and supporting the growth of skilled trades professionals.

- Oversee the end-to-end administration of apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for various trade apprenticeships.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new apprentices, including documentation, orientation, and initial training assignments.
- Liaise with training providers, employers, and apprentices to ensure seamless delivery of theoretical and practical training.
- Track apprentice progress, maintain accurate records of training hours, competencies achieved, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their program, addressing any challenges or concerns.
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and information sessions for apprentices, employers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program materials, including handbooks, schedules, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote the apprenticeship programs and highlight apprentice achievements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies and funding bodies as required.
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness based on feedback and performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or workforce development, with specific experience in apprenticeship programs being a strong asset.
- Familiarity with skilled trades industries (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, project management, and data tracking (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
