Position Summary
Serve as the first contact for the department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and direct prospective students and visitors; routes telephone calls; and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate daily activities of the front desk, which includes maintaining important inventory, database maintenance and data entry.
- Perform word processing tasks, which includes business correspondence, forms, tables, labels, flyers, posters and other office documents.
- Track and file office documents, purchase orders and invoices.
- Provide back-up coverage for other office staff.
- Subject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and College's HIPAA Privacy and Security procedures, assisting the CNM health plan with daily activities involving protected health information, including but not limited to, assisting with employee claims, coordinating benefits, determining health claim status, determining eligibility for coverage, budgeting and renewal, billing and collection activities, obtaining assistance from third-parties for plan functions, and any other duties delegated by the HIPAA Privacy or Security Officer.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED. Must be successfully enrolled in a degree program.

Under our construction manager’s direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. You must have previous job-site experience, an OSHA10 card, and have a great work ethic and physical stamina. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities: • Aid tradesmen, sub-contractors and craft workers such as painters, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, and electricians, as necessary • Properly dispose of debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean and meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements • Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately • Dismantle old structures, and build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred • Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills • Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required • Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. • Carry a valid driver's license Compensation: 27, ,700.00
