We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Trades Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment. You will be responsible for leveraging job boards and various sourcing platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring the timely delivery of quality hires for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Actively search and source skilled trades candidates using job boards such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and platform tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Outreach:
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an updated pipeline of active and passive candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor and track candidate engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Screening & Pre-Qualification:
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing high volumes of candidates for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment.
- Proven experience of sourcing on job boards (Zip, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed)
- Strong research and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Base salary ($43,000 - $45,000).
- This is a Contract position to start.

- Assess, interview, and ascertain candidate compatibility.
- Stay in touch with your candidates, from initial touchpoints to Hire.
- 1-2 years of Proven experience in sourcing high volumes of candidates for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment in a metrics-driven position.
- An open mind to learn our Processes and what works best in this Industry.
- Knowledge and experience sourcing in the Skilled Trades Industry for Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC service technicians.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken.
- An always-on-the-go mindset, deft time management, and an unwavering focus on objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring:
Recruitment Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on agency and/or skilled trades recruiting.
Executive Recruitment Acumen: Proven success in recruiting for executive-level positions within the skilled trades, residential services, or construction industries.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the residential services, commercial services, or construction landscape.
