Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of the skilled trades apprenticeship program.
- Recruit and onboard new apprentices, including outreach and selection processes.
- Coordinate with external training providers and educational institutions to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Develop and maintain program curriculum and training materials.
- Track apprentice progress, performance, and completion rates.
- Ensure program compliance with all federal, state, and local apprenticeship regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between apprentices, instructors, employers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage program documentation, record-keeping, and reporting requirements.
- Promote the program and its benefits to potential candidates and industry partners.
- Address apprentice concerns and provide guidance and support throughout their training journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, workforce development, or education.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and the skilled trades sector.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements related to apprenticeship programs is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking an Entry Level General Laborer to join our team, where you will assist with concrete finishing, general labor tasks, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

We are looking for a General Laborer - Entry Level to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools and other tools as directed by management.
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks.
- Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.
- Provide assistance to form carpenters and flat finishers as needed
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in construction
- Be able to travel for work at any job site location as needed.
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent stamina
