Looking for crew members who strive to safely see a job done well, who excel in a fast-paced environment, and who work well as a team.
The typical work schedule is 5-6 days/week and all hours worked over 40 are paid at time and a half.
In most positions, a driver's license is not required but is preferred.
The starting wage will be based on documented experience and skill set.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
The key responsibilities of this position are outlined below.
+ Run plumbing systems to plans in new manufactured homes
+ Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems and other plumbing materials
+ Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
+ Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
+ Assemble fittings and valves for installation
+ Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
+ Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes
+ Perform any other duties as requested
**Qualifications:**
+ 3 + Years of Commercial Plumbing Experience
+ Ability to work well with others, take instruction and work with minimal supervision
+ Ability to properly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Verbal and written communication skills to audiences both inside and outside the company.
+ Must have strong knowledge of blueprint reading.
+ Good working knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and Florida building codes

How do you excel in this position
In this role, you will excel by leveraging both traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in areas such as field service, skilled trades, building systems, and technician roles. You'll utilize networking, career fairs, headhunting, and strategic marketing to target the right candidates. Through thoughtful screening and evaluation, you'll assess both qualifications and cultural fit, while promoting Stark Tech's mission and values throughout the recruitment process. As a key partner to hiring managers, academic institutions, and industry networks, you'll help shape hiring strategies that align with business goals. You'll also coordinate interviews, host targeted job fairs, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and stay ahead of recruitment trends-ensuring a seamless and high-impact hiring experience that supports the growth of our dynamic, technical workforce.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- At least three (3) years' experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).
- Previous experience recruiting for multiple roles, multiple levels required.
- Basic understanding of human resources function and reporting and record keeping requirements.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
