The Production Home Assembler follows work orders and instructions in order to accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in construction for our Exterior and Walls Departments.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties including:
- Circular Saw
- Table Saw
- Router
- Pneumatic Nail Gun (roofing, framing and finish work)
- Drills
- And other tools needed for measuring, cutting, fastening, and drilling
- Frame, layout and build floors
- Prepare, layout and build walls
- Install and prepare dry for finish tape, mud and texture
- Installation of siding, windows and doors
- Cooperate and promote a team concept with all other company employees
- Adhere to all rules and regulations, at all times
- Meet or exceed company safety standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- High School diploma, preferred plus 1-2 years of construction experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Possess intermediate construction knowledge and comfortable using tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints, a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve in a high-volume
- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary
- You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members
- Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors.
- Must wear protective equipment while at the location
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing to a significant degree
- Heavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees as well as function safely around construction equipment

We are seeking experienced and dependable industrial construction professionals to join our growing team in Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in metal stud framing and ceiling panel installation who take pride in producing high-quality interior build-outs.
Note: Only candidates with direct experience in industrial construction will be considered.
Key Requirements - Must-Have Skills:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction
- Proven experience in ceiling panel installation (required)
- Strong proficiency in metal stud framing, layout, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plans
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Must be bilingual (English proficiency required)
- Able to work independently or as part of a small team
- Strong commitment to job site safety and craftsmanship
- Perform metal stud framing , layout, and installation according to specifications
- Install ceiling panels to meet industrial standards
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed on-site
- Maintain organized work areas and handle tools and materials responsibly
- Work efficiently in fast-paced, large-scale industrial construction settings
- Must be able to wear and work in Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS) , including a full-body harness and lanyard.
- Physical weight limited to 190 pounds.
- Must inspect fall protection gear prior to every use.
