**Job Summary**

Work cross functionally and collaborate with other Operating Units (Elastomers, Devices, and Integrated Systems) at West Pharmaceuticals, to identify targets, opportunities from broader West pipeline; develop integrated sales strategies that resonate with customers and position West as partner of choice in injectable drug packaging products and services.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate test in-product Ads and campaign landing pages using Optimizely or similar technologies.

Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow process on ADP RUN product has full system integration with backend systems such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com ensuring all solutions are aligned to the sales automation objectives.
