Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Ground Systems business area, focusing on expanding our footprint in the ground combat and autonomous systems market. The ideal candidate will excel at interfacing with US Army customers, building strong relationships, and leveraging these connections to foster new business opportunities. This role is crucial for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with US Army customers, with a focus on delivering capabilities for ground combat platforms and autonomous systems. Essential Functions:
· Establish and maintain robust relationships with US Army stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to their strategic objectives.

· Translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions for customer engagement and communication.
· Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, acting as a change agent to implement new strategies and technologies that enhance business development efforts.
· Support the business rhythm through regular reporting and updates, maintaining a clear view of progress and challenges.
· Establish relationships within the Army, particularly with organizations such as DEVCOM GVSC, PEO GCS, PEO CS&CSS, NGCV CFT, TACOM.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
· Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracting mechanisms.
