Job Summary

The Director of Social Commerce will be the architect and operator of Revive’s social commerce strategy, responsible for owning and scaling live streaming, social media, and influencer-driven growth. This role is highly hands-on—you’ll both set the strategy and execute it, especially in the early stages, while building the foundation for a future team.

You’ll launch and grow a live selling program that converts, build an owned social audience, and create an experience that drives engagement, sales, and customer acquisition. Duties / Responsibilities:

Channel & Performance Leadership

  • Own end-to-end live selling strategy and execution across multiple live streaming platforms.
  • Scale show volume and performance: grow from current cadence to a robust weekly schedule that delivers against GMV and ASP goals.
  • Define curation strategy for show inventory, owning the selection and allocation of goods.
  • Build and execute audience engagement playbooks—leveraging promotional tactics, platform algorithms, and community-building strategies.

Talent & Show Ops

  • Source, hire, and coach streamers and operators, ensuring talent is aligned to brand tone and trained for high-conversion shows.
  • Oversee live show execution hands-on: from prep to post-show fulfillment, including set design and bid management.
  • Create and optimize SOPs for scaling show operations and implement process improvements for consistency and efficiency.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Own the launch and growth of Revive’s social presence across multiple channels. 
  • Build and lead the social media function, including strategy, content calendar, and engagement plans.
  • Develop high-converting, brand-aligned content that drives traffic to live shows and D2C channels.
  • Identify and activate influencer partnerships to expand reach and brand authority.
  • Implement audience growth strategies, leveraging trends, paid media, and organic engagement tactics.

Analytics & Strategic Insights 

  • Track and report KPIs across GMV, STR, ASP, CAC, follower growth, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the end-to-end social commerce strategy across platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop)
  • Lead a multi-functional team of 5-10 employees, across social commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, eCommerce fulfillment, and DTC eCommerce
  • Lead agency relationship for social commerce; create financial and media goals, holding the agency and TikTok Shop mutually accountable for results
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to keep Kenvue at the forefront of innovation in social commerce

Revenue & Performance
  • Drive measurable growth in sales and customer acquisition through social commerce initiatives; results measurable both on and off platform
  • Set KPIs and performance benchmarks; analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to forecast and report on revenue impact

Content & Community
  • Oversee the creation of shoppable content and seamless customer journeys from discovery to purchase
  • Partner with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and authenticity
  • Foster a community-driven approach to commerce, leveraging UGC and social proof
  • Develop, with Kenvue Social Commerce Insights leadership, a strong understanding of consumer journey across social commerce platforms to design highly effective TikTok Shops and amplification plans to meet consumers wherever they are

Platform & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key platform partners (e.g., TikTok, Shopify, etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement social commerce tools and technologies (e.g., live shopping, GRWM, try-ons, affiliate platforms)

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on eCommerce
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through digital commerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, consumer behavior, and content trends
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Sprinklr, Bazaarvoice, or similar platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a DTC or pureplay retail environment
  • Background in beauty, lifestyle, or emerging category industries

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$183,175.00 - $258,600.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who can lead and implement our digital marketing initiatives across all major channels. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You’ll be responsible for overseeing SEO, email marketing, social media management, website UX coordination, blogging, and ongoing digital content strategy.

_ Key Responsibilities _

1. Website & User Experience (UX) Coordination

  • Oversee the functionality and performance of the Flora Couture website
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and overall web experience
  • Collaborate with developers and/or third-party partners to execute website updates
  • Perform light back-end tasks (such as uploading blog content, optimizing images, updating product info)

2. SEO Strategy & Blogging

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve visibility
  • Conduct keyword research and monitor analytics to assess and improve performance
  • Plan and create blog content in alignment with seasonal trends, campaigns, and brand messaging
  • Ensure all content is optimized for both search and user engagement

3. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, from list segmentation to design and copywriting
  • Maintain and grow our email list with a focus on engagement and retention
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Work within platforms like Mailchimp (or equivalent) to design mobile-optimized, branded email templates

4. Social Media Strategy, Management & Content Creation

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes
  • Conceptualize and create on-brand social media content (video, photo, text, reels, carousels, etc.)
  • Write compelling captions and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Engage with followers and monitor analytics to improve content performance

5. Strategy Development & Reporting

  • Provide ongoing recommendations for improving digital marketing performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights Work closely with leadership to align digital initiatives with broader company goals
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and competitor strategies

_ Qualifications _

Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in the floral, events, design, or luxury lifestyle space

Technical Proficiency:

  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
  • Familiar with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Pinterest tools, and TikTok marketing

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Design Sensibility: A strong eye for aesthetics and luxury branding

Interpersonal Skills: Must possess a vibrant personality and the ability to resonate with clients, collaborators, and vendors, reflecting the brand’s premium quality
