Overall Purpose: We are seeking a Manager of Social Commerce to lead and grow social commerce initiatives for multiple client brands in a fast-paced, bold agency setting. This individual will focus on TikTok Shop and similar platforms, managing influencer/affiliate partnerships and storefront optimizations to drive sales and engagement. They will ensure each campaign meets key performance indicators (KPIs) on relevant social commerce channels, using creativity and data-driven insights to convert trends into tangible revenue growth.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Develop and execute social commerce strategies for multiple clients on platforms like TikTok Shop and other emerging channels, driving authentic customer engagement and conversions
  • Source and Manage relationships with TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliate partners - from outreach and onboarding to content collaboration - to amplify brand campaigns and reach performance goals
  • Curate and optimize clients' TikTok Shop storefronts (product listings, images, descriptions) to ensure accuracy and appeal, maximizing click-through and purchase rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs (e.g. Shop revenue, conversion rate, affiliate revenue, ROI), generating reports with actionable insights and refining strategies based on data
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, Brand) to coordinate social commerce campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social commerce trends, platform updates (e.g. new TikTok Shop features), platform incentives (Brand & agency), and best practices, proactively integrating these into client strategies
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensuring spend is aligned with ROI targets and client expectations (e.g. balancing promotional costs with sales outcomes)
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, paid media, or affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on social commerce (particularly TikTok Shop or similar platforms)
  • In-depth understanding of the TikTok platform, its algorithms, and creator culture, plus familiarity with other social commerce ecosystems (e.g. Instagram Shopping, YouTube commerce)
  • Proven ability to drive performance against targets - demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, and engagement metrics in previous roles

Job Summary

The Director of Social Commerce will be the architect and operator of Revive’s social commerce strategy, responsible for owning and scaling live streaming, social media, and influencer-driven growth. This role is highly hands-on—you’ll both set the strategy and execute it, especially in the early stages, while building the foundation for a future team.

You’ll launch and grow a live selling program that converts, build an owned social audience, and create an experience that drives engagement, sales, and customer acquisition. Duties / Responsibilities:

Channel & Performance Leadership

  • Own end-to-end live selling strategy and execution across multiple live streaming platforms.
  • Scale show volume and performance: grow from current cadence to a robust weekly schedule that delivers against GMV and ASP goals.
  • Define curation strategy for show inventory, owning the selection and allocation of goods.
  • Build and execute audience engagement playbooks—leveraging promotional tactics, platform algorithms, and community-building strategies.

Talent & Show Ops

  • Source, hire, and coach streamers and operators, ensuring talent is aligned to brand tone and trained for high-conversion shows.
  • Oversee live show execution hands-on: from prep to post-show fulfillment, including set design and bid management.
  • Create and optimize SOPs for scaling show operations and implement process improvements for consistency and efficiency.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Own the launch and growth of Revive’s social presence across multiple channels. 
  • Build and lead the social media function, including strategy, content calendar, and engagement plans.
  • Develop high-converting, brand-aligned content that drives traffic to live shows and D2C channels.
  • Identify and activate influencer partnerships to expand reach and brand authority.
  • Implement audience growth strategies, leveraging trends, paid media, and organic engagement tactics.

Analytics & Strategic Insights 

  • Track and report KPIs across GMV, STR, ASP, CAC, follower growth, and engagement.
  • Build dashboards and frameworks to analyze live show and social content performance.
  • Present strategic recommendations to leadership to optimize channel mix and accelerate growth.

**What Success Looks Like:**
+ Establishing Logitech's TikTok Shop as a benchmark for social commerce success, driving significant engagement and sales growth.
+ Expanding Logitech's presence into other social commerce platforms with strong performance metrics and innovative campaigns.
+ Creating data-driven social shopping strategies that result in measurable ROI and continuously enhanced platform performance.
+ Strengthening Logitech's relationships with key platform representatives (external and internal), ensuring maximum brand visibility and partnership success.
**This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) of typically between $ 128K and $ 286K dependent on location and experience.** **In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.**
