Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and agile individual to join our social media team for Tata Harper Skincare. This role will support the Director of Social Media Strategy in the development and execution of social media strategy across key social media platforms. You'll leverage data, trends, and creative intuition to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and foster community. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for content, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will also be responsible for overseeing our community management with the goal of fostering a dynamic social community and broadening our reach. They will support the brand team as an expert on social engagement, community, and analytics, with a strong ability to leverage data insights to provide actionable strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse of social trends who can balance the creative and analytical aspects of social media to deliver best-in-class digital storytelling that will set Tata Harper Skincare apart.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Platform Management: Own the calendarization and posting of social content, ensuring alignment with brand marketing calendar, influencer activations, product priorities, and channel-specific needs (i.e., e-commerce/retailer tagging, event/promotional support) across key platforms, including but not limited to: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community interaction both proactively and reactively
  • Content Creation: Concept and create agile social-first content to increase brand relevancy and ownable storytelling, prioritizing trend and quick-to-market opportunities; attend creative shoots to capture content; responsible for Instagram Story concepting and design.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Own the creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting. Regularly analyze social media metrics and data to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Trend Monitoring: Understand the social media universe by staying up to date on industry trends, tools, best practices, and competitive landscape; regularly present opportunities / ideas to the broader team
  • Strategy Implementation : Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with overall business goals
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns for both innovation and always-on; attend and participate in cross-functional brainstorms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other departments (e.g., paid media, PR and influencer, CRM, DTC, education) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding; be proactive with sharing content to be repurposed for other channels
  • Administrative Support: Manage and submit invoices for social media projects, place product orders, and maintain daily trackers

Key Expierence and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, and analytics
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • A passion for luxury, clean beauty and the digital/social landscape
  • Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic working style with ability to manage up and across several teams
