The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. As part of the Software Engineering (PI) team you are to design and develop large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large scale internet systems utilizing Java, Scala, Python, JavaScript etc. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
